Terms of Service

1. About the Service

Tay Phượt is in closed beta and Xứ Kể is at the MVP stage. Features, design and scope of the Service may change without prior notice.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User content

You keep authorship of the articles, photos and field reports you post, and grant PHUOT HUB a non-exclusive license to store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

You must not post content that violates Vietnamese law, infringes the rights of others, misrepresents road safety conditions, or disrespects the culture or beliefs of local communities. We may remove content that breaches these rules.

4. Safety information and limitation of liability

Maps, route alerts and field information are compiled from the community and automated systems and are for reference only. Always assess real conditions yourself and follow traffic law and official guidance.

The SOS feature does not replace official emergency numbers (113, 114, 115 in Vietnam). In an emergency, contact rescue services directly.

5. Third-party services

Homestays, rentals and other local services offered through affiliate links are provided by independent partners. Transactions with them are subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The names, logos, mascot, interfaces and source code of Tay Phượt, Xứ Kể and tayphuot.vn are the property of PHUOT HUB CO., LTD.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, brought before the competent authority in Hanoi.
